EKVIA puts a heavy emphasis on the quality of provided services and supplied goods. The official acknowledgement of our efforts to provide quality service for customers is the certification of our quality management system according to ISO 9001:2000 by SGS Company in 2004. Another step towards quality and safety of our products and services is a certification according to ISO 22000:2005 from November 2010.

There is more than 6000 m2 of storage area in our 4 centres, in order for us to continuously supply our customers with goods. The logistics system we have built on years of experiences with product distribution ensures that goods reach customers exactly when they need and anticipate them. We make maximum effort to assure that customers obtain the required quantity of goods at the required time, in the required quality.

Providing high level services demands claiming responsibility for solving possible problems and complaints. The workers at EKVIA do everything to meet the requirements of our customers and in case of justified complaints are ready to solve situation quickly and effectively.
